REVEREND GEORGE THOMAS “TOMMY” WEBB, JR.

EFLAND- Reverend George Thomas “Tommy” Webb, Jr., 59, of 2813

Poplar Drive, passed away on Friday, August 18, 2023 at his residence

while surrounded by his loving wife and family.

George was the son of the late George Thomas Webb, Sr., and Mrs.

Emma Jean Rone Webb, who survives, and the husband of Monica

Massey Webb, who also survives.

In addition to his wife Monica of the home and his mother of Burlington,

George leaves precious memories to his three sons, Corey Webb of

Whitsett, Jordan Poole of Graham and Andrew Webb of the home; one

daughter, Anndria Webb of the home; one brother, Pastor Mark Webb

(Cassandra) of Burlington;  one sister, Angela Webb Enoch (Ronnie) of

Burlington; four sisters in-law, Sandra McNeil, Francine Massey, Marqwetta

Massey all of Mebane and Sherone King of Rolesville; one grandchild,

Aaliyah Webb; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

George’s funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at

1:00 pm at Jeffries Cross Baptist Church with his brother Pastor Mark

Webb delivering the eulogy.  Burial will follow in the veteran section of

North Lawn Cemetery where military honors will be preformed. 

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service at the

church and all other times at the home.

A public viewing will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, August 22,

2023 from 1-7:00 pm.
