MS. ERIN PATRICE “TRICE” TORAIN
BURLINGTON – Ms. Erin Patrice “Trice” Torain, 38, of 1740 Blackwell Road, passed away on Monday, July 11, 2022 at her residence.
A native of Orange County, she was the daughter of Mr. Mark Nelson Leath and Mrs. Nell Torain Leath, at 7:00 am, Monday, July 11, 2022 our beloved Trice as she was affectionately known was called to her final resting place.
Erin leaves behind her parents, two sons, Noah Gregory Torain and Marcel Thomas Torain both of Burlington; three daughters, Ty’naisha Annell Torain, Ayanna Monae Hines, Kaleigh Marie Hines all of Burlington; paternal grandmother, Daisy Miles Leath of Burlington; two aunts, Ann Torain of Burlington; Helen Torain of Cedar Grove; five uncles, Harold Torain of High Point; Ostella Torain, Jr. of Chapel Hill; Ronald Torain of California; Alonzo Torain of Graham; Aaron Torain of Greensboro; three cousins who were like her sisters, Melissa A. Carr of Raleigh; Gina Torain of Cedar Grove; Tiffany Torain of Georgia; close friend who was like a sister, Angel Leath of Carboro; and a host of other family members and friends.
Erin’s homegoing celebration will be held on Monday, July 18, 2022 at 1:000pm at Miles Chapel Baptist Church with Min. Pam Hester officiating and with Rev. Scottie Torain delivering the eulogy. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends thirty minutes prior to her funeral service at the church and all other times at the home.
Erin’s public viewing will be held on Sunday July 17, 2022 at the funeral home from 1-7:00 pm.
