MS. DORIS LEE SHAW
YANCEYVILLE- Ms. Doris Lee Shaw, 68, of 4659 NC Hwy 86 South, passed away on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at her residence.
Doris was the daughter of Mr. Robert Shaw and Mrs. Mildred Jean Rogers Shaw, both deceased.
Those left to cherish her wonderful memories are her daughter, Pamela Shaw of Yanceyville; son, Curtis “Tubu” Shaw of Thomasville; three sisters, Hazel Robinson, Charlotte (Thaddeus) Crisp, and Jenette Perez, all of Burlington; twin brother, Morris Shaw; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, and nephews that she loved dearly; and two special friends, Libby Cox and Shirley Crisp.
Doris’ funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at 1:00 pm at Alamance Funeral Service and Crematorium, with Reverend Shaun Woods delivering the eulogy.
The family will receive friends at the home.
A public viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 from 1-7:00 pm at the funeral home.
Alamance Funeral Service and Crematorium has the honor of serving the Shaw Family.
