MS. KATRINA “KAY” WOODS CRISP

BURLINGTON- Ms. Katrina “Kay” Woods Crisp, 74, of 5648 Byrd Road, passed away on Monday, October 23, 2023 at Alamance Regional Medical Center of Cone Health.

A native of Alamance County, Ms. Crisp was the daughter of Charlie Woods and Eulalia Brown Woods, both deceased, and the wife of Robert “Jackie” Crisp, also deceased.

She is survived by a sister, Helen C. Williamson of Burlington; a brother,James N. Woods of Burlington; two sisters-in-law, Wilhelmenia Woods of
Burlington and Carlene Woods of Mebane; two goddaughters, Tammy S.Williamson of Mebane and Mary “Dee Dee” Royster of Graham; a special cousin, Edith A. Brown of Burlington; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Ms. Crisp’s funeral service will be held on Monday, Oct. 30, 2023 at 12:00pm at Hester’s Grove Baptist Church with Dr. Ricky Woods delivering her eulogy. Burial will follow in Snow Hill Cemetery. 

Ms. Crisp’s visitation will be held from 11:00am-12:00pm with her family arriving at the church to receive friends at 11:30am. Her family will also receive friends at the home.

Her public viewing will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, Oct. 29,2023 from 1-7:00 pm.
