Mrs. Frances Cozette (Kane) Yarbor

BURLINGTON- Mrs. Frances Cozette Kane Yarbor, 71, 119 A Brooks Street, passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at her residence.

A native of Alamance County, Frances was the daughter of Mr. Homer Roger Kane and Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Morrow Kane, both deceased.

Frances attended Jordan Sellars High School. She worked as a Knitter for many years and developed a talent for sewing.  She was best known to never meet a stranger, and had a unique laughter that filled the room.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Mary Louise Garrison.

Frances leaves to cherish her memory one daughter, Anita Briggs (Garrett); one son, Taderrell Kane (Hope); four grandchildren, Kelis Briggs, Darius Kane, Serenity Kane and Travante Boseman; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A  visitation will be held on Monday, April 15, 2024 from12-6:00 pm at the funeral home with the family present.
