MR. SHANNON LEON ALSTON
HIGH POINT- Mr. Shannon Leon Alston, 67, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, November 15, 2022.
A native of Guilford County, he was the son of the late David Alston and Myrtle Elizabeth Bailey Alston.
Leon, as he was mostly known, is survived by a daughter, Cynthia Thompson of Thomasville; a son, Jonathan Williams of High Point; one brother, William T. Alston (Betty) of Trinity; sister, Robbie Allen of High Point; and a host of other relatives and friends.
His funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at 1:00pm at Phillips Funeral Service of High Point with Rev. Frank Thompson presiding. Burial will follow in North Lawn Cemetery in Burlington where he once resided.
The family will receive friends thirty minutes prior to the homegoing service beginning at 12:30pm. No public viewing will be held.
Alamance Funeral Service of Burlington has the honor of serving the Alston Family.
