MR. JAMES LACY “KING JAMES”TROXLER  

BURLINGTON- Mr. James Lacy ”King James” Troxler, 73, of 1431 Peace Lane, passed away on Monday, March 18, 2024 at his residence.

James was a native of Alamance County and the son of Mr. William Lacy Troxler and Mrs. Nellie Mae Thompson Troxler, both deceased.

James was also preceded in death by three brothers, William, Daniel, and Lawrence Troxler.

James leaves to cherish his precious memories, brother, Charles Michael Troxler of Burlington; half sister, Reba Shipman of Green Level; in-law, close friend and neighbor for over 40 years, Chester Cheek of Burlington; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

James’ graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 12:00 pm at North Lawn Cemetery with Reverend Marcia Isley delivering the eulogy.  No visitation will be held.

A public viewing will be held on Monday, March 25, 2024 at the funeral home from 1-7:00 pm.
